工作职责:
Job Duties:
？	Use technical expertise to respond to customer inquiries, demonstrate products, product applications and company services
？	Investigate or resolves customer problem by using resources from local suppliers or technical support centers
？	Responsible for demand creation in high potential product line such as Maxim in North China
？	Focus on industrial applications such as BMS, Factory automation, Communication system etc.
？	Register Design-In / Design-wins with suppliers
？	Manage projects, focus on proprietary parts design activities and follow through entire design process.
？	Maximize the design-win dollar value through continuous providing design-in supports to customer.
？	Complies and submit statistics or periodic reports

任职资格:
？	Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics Engineering or equivalent
？	3+ yrs R&D experience, Power supply and analog products design experience is preferred;
？	Good communication skill;
？	Good business Sense
？	Energetic, aggressive and self-motivated and able to work under high work pressure;
？	Mature and able to work independent.
