Purpose of the Role:

Partial work in daily business operating;

Well understand the business opportunities during team's daily work, capability to deliver it or escalate;

Sign off all team job P&L as team owner, running weekly huddle with team;

Lead the teammate to teamwork and lead the team to be a better team;

Scope and Specific Responsibilities

- Rich experience in professional knowledge and good skill in communicating with all parties.

- Make sure team finish 97% of job close before 2nd working day of next Month,

- Team KPI: H/O >85% less than 2days, <1% more than 4days.

- Efficiently and timely communicate with both internal and external contactor, make better solution to avoid accident and take implementation when encounter any urgent case.

- Monitor people performance through regular meeting, identify / discuss problems area at earliest time, while provide quality training and coaching; Lead quality performance review talking;

- Make and implement people plan, to keep talent people and vastly control turn over.

Skills & Knowledge:

- At least five year of sea freight operation experience.

- At least two year of team management experience.

- Good reading/written English, CET 6 certification is better, ability of simply speaking English is better.

- Good skill in office-software

- Hard working/Responsible/high ability on resistance of pressure.

- Good character to get along with others;
