position statement：

- Lead and manage RFQ process, pro-active sales projects and coordinate between solutions design, sales of Cross-Border e-Commerce, implementation, IT, legal and HR

- Represent Fiege towards group key account contacts to identify further business opportunities with them in Far East

- Lead customer meetings and sales visits and present Fiege’s innovative solutions to potential customers

- Lead the contract negotiation process and handover gained projects project implementation for smooth transition to operations team and corporate initiatives in relation to BD functions

- Annual Budget and Forecast, achievement of Business Plan

- Implement company sales policy and achieve sales target

- To perform any other duties as assigned by immediate superior

Job Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree or above, major in e-commerce is preferred.

- +5 years of EC sales experience with at least 3 years of sales and business development experience

- Have good network marketing planning skills, keen market insight and reaction

- Excellent written and spoken English and Mandarin, good time management skill

- Good project management and process mapping skills, good presentation skills

- Good communication and interpersonal as well as strong relationship building skills

- Strong business acumen and customer orientation

- Strong go getter, able to work under pressure to meet sales budget

- Good team players, can-do attitude, tenacious, conscientious and reliable

- Willing to travel from time to time

岗位职责：

- 在领导和管理询价的过程中，积极主动销售项目，并协调解决销售跨境电商，IT，法律和人力资源的设计方案

- 代表集团公司与客户洽谈进一步的商业机会

- 拜访集团的潜在客户，进行新项目的销售

- 牵头合同洽谈流程和交接获得的项目操作，使其平顺的在操作团队和最初企业发展间过度

- 年度预算和预测，业务规划的实现

- 执行公司的销售政策，完成销售目标

- 完成上级安排的其他工作

任职要求：

- 本科及以上学历,电子商务相关专业优先

- 5年及以上相关跨境电商经验，至少3年的销售和业务开发经验

- 具有良好的网络营销策划技巧，敏锐的市场洞察力与反应力

- 优秀的写和说英语和普通话，良好的时间观念

- 良好的项目管理和流程策划能力，良好的表达能力

- 良好的沟通能力和人际交往能力

- 对于商机的敏锐感

- 能在一定压力下工作完成销售指标

- 良好的团队意识，做事认真可靠

- 愿意随时出差
