Key Objectives/Principal Accountabilities

Support the development and implementation of Commercial Excellence processes in and across businesses (sBU/BU/SMU) and work streams:

? Support the Commercial Excellence Managers in the development and implementation of processes and projects in and across businesses

? Perform data gathering, validation and processing for analysis into easy-to-comprehend insights

? Adapt Product & Margin Management and Commercial Excellence tools to specific business requirements

? Continuously develop the product & margin management capabilities based on new insights and through adoption of the Commercial Excellence way of working

? Identify Commercial Excellence improvement opportunities

? Lead/run specific breakout sessions in workshops where needed

? Identify, report and discuss key issues and develop action plans with the Commercial Excellence Managers

? Support in the implementation of the Digital Strategy for the region, by bringing the various MarketingComms people together and support in the execution and translation of Digital customer behaviour into meaningful insights

? Support in translation of regional requirements/opportunities to CE Digital Lead and act as regional go to person

Requirements for Job:

Education

? University Degree / Graduate in Finance, Marketing, Economics, Chemistry/Chemical Engineering

? Further education (Masters, MBA) is an advantage but not mandatory

Skills/Experience

? Strong analytical skills, proficient in Excel and PowerPoint and working with and understanding analytical tools

? Solid background in business analysis

? Project management experience

? Experience of working in multi-disciplinary programs and teams, from start to implementation and delivering results

? 3+ years working experience

? Experience with Digital tools (WeChat, Order platforms, Apps etc) and Analytics
