职位描述
Role and responsibility:
(Cost plus) Gome Westinghouse project
1. Developing business plans, based on a thorough understanding of trade trend, customer requirements and performance
2. Implement to hit sales target, and follow trading terms to handle customer bargaining
3. Work with GM to develop products plan, and agree launch initiatives and support levels from GM (and/or distributor if approriate)
4. Negotiate price that product is bought at by GM, agree specific discount and counter performance
5. Developing a productive working relationship with both the key buyers and other customer functions (e.g. supply chain, finance)
6. Propose and agree allocation of display space of Cold / Wet/ Hot/Air-con/Water heater for Westinghouse brand.
(Variable) The above-the-line sales management of JD.com
1) To coordinate the daily communication between our agent and JD.com, as well as the customer relationship maintenance.
2)Relevant above-the-line products, sales, competitor products, campaign analysis and recommendations for JD.com.
Measurement:
1. GM Westinghouse new product on-time launch (>90%).
2. GM Westinghouse new product by quarter sales achievement.
Job requirement:
1. Bachlor or above
2. 3 years background of sales, sales admin, or product management.
3. Home appliance or FMCG industry prefered.
4. Proactive, good communication skill, and closely follow-up skill required.
5. With working experience of e-commerce company in terms of JD.com will be preferred.
