岗位职责：（该岗位是以招聘为基础同时展开HRBP的工作，培养方向是HRBP。）

1、制定、管理、不时根据公司发展更新与人力资源招聘相关的人力资源政策

2、根据公司业务需求对每个团队的人才需求进行详细分析，涉及有关人力资源招聘计划及年度招聘计划。

3、负责跟踪所有有关空余岗位及新增岗位的预算及薪资建议。

4、负责招聘全过程，根据公司实际业务需求选择高质量的员工，包括建立筛选、面试具体联系与安排，背景调查等。

5、管理、开发招聘渠道，并根据每个岗位情况，展开网上招聘或者现场招聘工作，包括互联网、劳动市场、大中院校及猎头招聘等。

6、协助HRBP分析员工离职原因，找出员工流失的主要原因，为公司的人力资源管理提出适当的建议。

7、协助HRBP 跟用人部门沟通，做好新入职员工录用条件的确定，制定并跟踪新员工在试用期内的目标责任书，并协助HRBP提前做好试用期员工的评估及转正相关工作及手续办理。

8、向新员工传达公司政策和规定。

9、上级经理安排的其它工作

岗位要求：

1、本科或以上学历，人力资源管理或工伤管理专业

2、熟悉当地的法律法规，熟悉当地人力资源市场

3、4年以上人资源管理工作2年以上招聘管理工作

4、诚实正直，富有责任心，工作富有热情，以结果为导向

5、良好的沟通与协调能力

6、思维敏捷，具备多样化处理问题能力

Responsibilities

1. Prepare and manage, update all related staffing policies.

2. in accordance with the business requirement, conduct talents needs analysis with each department and eam, to design recruiting plan and the company annual staffing planning.

3. Responsible for tracking the budget and provide package proposals of all vacant positions.

4. Responsible for recruitment whole process to make sure hiring the high quality and suitable employees for the company, including selecting CVs, coordinator and arrange interviews, do the reference check and so on.

5. Manage and develop the recruitment challans, to handle the internet or on-site recruitment jobs.

6. Work together with HRBP, analyze the reasons of employee's demission, to find out the primary reasons of employee turnover and provide appropriate suggestion for human resource management of the company

7. Work together with HRBP to communicate with the line manager, to confirm the new staff qualification, to consult the line manger set up the new staff's target in the probation, follow up their performance assessment and transfer to full regular staff related jobs.

8. Provide orientation training, inform the employee of the company policies and regualtions.

9. Other assigned from the manager.

Requirements

1. Bachelor or above, At least Bachelor degree in human resource management, administration or related fields.

2. Familiar with local labor law and relevant regulations, Familiar with labor market

3. Has the experience in talent development is preferred

4. Honest, upright, High Responsibility

5. Passionate and result oriented.

6. Good communication and coordination skills.
