SCOPE OF ROLE:

职责范围

 Create and execute brand development and marketing plans for new acquired brands/products新产品品牌形象建设、品牌形象规划等项目计划与执行跟进

 Assist on marketing strategies planning and calendar development协助发展营销策略与计划

 Develop marketing and customer communication materials ( ATL and BTL from concept to proofing through production ) 协助发展消费者沟通计划与制作物

 Marketing budget management营销预算管理

Brand P&L Management 品牌损益平衡管理

Agency management广告, 设计, 活动与媒体购买公司管理

 Adherence to Molson Coors and Sihai brand guidelines 品牌规范监督

Develop and manage marketing process 建置与落实营销流程

Media planning and buying媒体计划与购买

 Communication media management & analysis媒体管理与分析

 Activity Result Evaluations活动结果绩效分析

 Festival or special activity collaterals specified for products, e.g. CNY/ Halloween promotions 发展制作年节或特殊活动之制作物

SELECTION CRITERIA:

遴选资格

 University graduated with advertisement, communication or marketing majors. 广告， 传播或市场营销类专业毕业，大专以上学历

 About 28. 40岁左右

With above 5 years working experiences in FMCG industry or 4A ad agency 5年以上4A广告公司或快消品企业相关工作经验

 Team Player and responsible具备团队协作精神，诚实认真负责

 Strategic marketing planning experience 策略营销经验

Project management skills 具项目管理能力

 Creative 有创意

 Ability to lead & work in cross- business/ functional teams 具跨部门工作之领导与沟通能力

Consultative orientation 具备咨询特质

 Self motivated, possessing excellent communication skills with positive thinking attitude 自我激励与正向思考并具良好沟通能力与态度

   Bilingual competency in both Chinese and English is critical  必须具备流畅中英文沟通能力
