Position Summary:

Coordinate the resource to identify, evaluate and pursue project opportunities that will contribute to the organization’s project sales. Monitoring the project progress by means of project tools, Through efficient communication across the organization to drive company level project collaboration and moving forward to project objective；

协调内外部资源识别、评估和追踪项目销售机会。使用项目管理工具监控项目的进展，通过有效的内部沟通，推动公司层级项目合作并朝目标前进；

Key Responsibilities:

• Using internal and external resource and tools to investigates and identifies the project sales opportunities in company focused & targeted industries

  利用内外部渠道和工具，调查和识别在公司关注行业内的项目销售机会；

• Build project list to monitoring the both overall status but particular progress; Communicate project information with supervisor with regular manner;

  建立项目清单监控项目总体状况和具体项目进展；定期向主管领导汇报项目相关的情况

• Prepare yearly budget, quarterly/monthly forecast for company level project sales, find the reason of the gap between actual and forecast

  准备年度，季度和月度公司层级项目销售预测，找出预测与实际之间差距的原因

• Set up project group, clearly assign tasks and set communication rules, held regular meeting review project progress; drive the collaboration within the groups. Using CRM to monitor specific project sales activities；

  设立项目小组,清晰地分派任务和设立沟通的规则，定期举行项目小组会议，推动小组内的合作；利用CRM监控特定项目的销售活动；

• Work with sales team leaders and sales associates to make strategy of the identified projects, using our advantages to improve the project win possibility; Make a clear project plan for each project, including project organization chart, phase objective, support and resource, approaching; Monitor the execution of the plan

  对已经识别的项目与销售团队领导和销售成员一起制定战略，利用优势提高成功可能性；为每个项目制定清晰地项目计划， 包括项目组织机构，阶段目标，行动方法，需要支持等；监督计划的执行；

• Work with functional departments to support specific projects from discovery to order fulfilment；

  与公司各职能部门合作，从开发项目到订单履行各阶段支持具体的项目；

• Unregularly call on project customers with sales, to understand the project status， drive appropriate actions；

  不定期与销售人员一起拜访项目客户，了解项目状况，组织采取有针对性的行动；

• Involve all the stakeholders of the project timely, especially, gain the sales leaders’ supports and involvement;

  保证项目各相关方实时参与到项目,特别是取得销售领导的支持和参与；

• Research，record and summarize the project competitors’ information in a regular base,

  定期研究和记录和总结项目竞争对手的信息；

• Close out project, providing win/Lost analysis reports, build project archive.

  关闭项目，提供项目得失分析报告；建立项目档案

• Offers training on project tools and procedure to sales teams and help sales team to bid for construction projects

提供项目工具，流程等培训给销售队伍，协助项目小组进行投标工作；

• Take care the tasks that department leader assign;

完成领导交办的其他事务

Position Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor degree or equivalent in a relevant engineering/mechanical/automation field.

本科以上学历，工程、机械、自动化领域相关专业。

• Background : Chemical, Oil and gas background ,Be familiar with fluid system

具有化工油气行业背景, 熟悉流体机械领域；

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years relevant work experience within related industry, of which a minimum of 2 years should be in sales, sales support or marketing background. Multi-national invested company working experience preferred.

经验： 至少5年以上相关行业工作经验，最少2年销售，销售支持或市场背景。跨国公司工作经验为佳。
