岗位职责：

- 负责公司前台来访人员的接待工作；

- 公司会议室使用管理及办公区卫生环境管理；

- 负责电话、邮件、信函的收转发工作，做好工作信息的记录、整理、归档；

- 定期对办公室设备的维护；

- 根据要求采购行政物品，并定期清点；

- 完成领导交办的其他事项。

岗位要求：

- 大专以上学历，接受应届毕业生；

- 具备良好的沟通能力、协调能力以及适应能力；

- 熟练使用相关办公软件；

- 形象气质好，乐观开朗，服务意识强，工作有热情。

Job Responsibility:

- Responsible for the reception work;

- Provide a wide range of day-to-day administrative support, coordinate meetings, conferences, office decoration ect;

- Prepare documents, reports and correspondence in a timely and accurately manner;

- Purchase the goods according to the request, and check it regularly;

- Other tasks assigned by the leader.

Job Requirements:

- College degree or above, graduates student is OK;

- Excellent communication skills and Coordination ability;

- Proficient in MS Office, especially excellent skill in PowerPoint, Excel & Word;

- Work with enthusiasm.
