Job Description:
- Recruitment and personnel information management
- Manages the day to day interactions with the office on all parties relative and employees to ensure all tasks are completed in the correct time frame and all appropriate records are maintained.
- Perform C&B administration duties including employee compensation cases, sickness cases and payroll administration.
- Manage the office banking account/payment/receipts/cash, etc.
- Manage and maintain office equipment and suppliers.
- Assist GM for other company daily issues
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 5-years working experience with international companies in human resources or accounting
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with people at all levels.
- Strong sense of responsibility, Straight and Integrity.
- Good command of both written and spoken English.
Remark: Both Chinese & English resume is required.
