资质要求Qualifications

ü Good understanding of written English.

ü Good communicator and teamwork

ü Working knowledge and experience of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office

ü Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering

ü At least 3 years experience in mechanical and electric manufacturing

ü Assembly experience

ü Lean thinking is a plus

ü Gas equipment and welding experience preferable

Understanding basic requirements of ISO 9001

工作职责Responsibilities

ü Design and specify tools, fixtures, and simple equipments

ü Production equipment management

ü Creative in optimization of processes to determine optimum manufacturing costs

ü Create manufacturing documentations, inspection plans, technique sheets.

ü Optimize production process/ fixtures to improve the productivity and quality.

ü OEE data collection and raise the corrective actions to improve OEE

ü Work together with quality department on field troubleshooting and problem resolving timely.

ü Work together with engineering for new projects introduction if required

ü Be involved in project management
