SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Education, Training and Experience
? Bachelors degree in early childhood education or related degree or appropriate experience
? At least 5 years of experience in early childhood or related field
? Fluent in the working language(s) of the Kindergarten program (either Chinese, English, or both languages)
2. Job Skills and Abilities
? Strong leadership skills
? Excellent written and oral communication skills
? Experience working with a variety of cultures and family dynamics
? Responsible, reliable, well-organized, flexible, team player
? Considerable initiative and creativity required to provide an exciting, dynamic and positive educational experience for children
? Strong coaching and mentoring skills
? Good management and business skills
