● Operating in-house production equipment for presentation and live streaming of events.

● Sourcing for and implementation of productions based on APAC requirements

● Creation of content for internal and public facing distribution

Duties will include:

● Produce programs calibrated to the needs of internal stakeholders and approvers.

○ Coordinate and schedule productions using our online request form

○ Prepare budgets, detailed schedules, and location agreements

○ Oversee crew for productions that require extra people

● Global video production support

○ Maintain the post-production workstation (Apple 5K iMac computer)

○ Store and process company video

○ Light and record interviews and cut away shots in office or at a location.

○ Edit short, compelling videos focused on storytelling and structure

● Live video and event support

○ Stream, trim, and and manage access to live streamed content

○ Maintain documentation and instructional documentation of production spaces.

○ Assist in training / demonstrating employee-self-service room technology

○ As needed, setup / operate production and presentation equipment such as

sound mixers, video switchers, encoders and presentation equipment

○ Maintain the video control room to ensure constant readiness

Requirements:

● Degree or certification related to video production preferred

● Minimum 5 years experience in commercial video, broadcast, or corporate video.

● Experience with broadcast production switchers, signal flow, and conversion

● Experience with professional video cameras, audio capture, and lighting

● Experience editing video with professional NLEs. Familiarity with Adobe suite a plus.

● Ability to independently prioritize work tasks and appropriately escalate issues to global

partners when needed
