Job Description:
1.Processing Export Orders in compliance with SOP
2.Customer service function
3.Communication with consignees, vendors, network (Leschaco affiliates and agents).
4.Prepare, distribute and file export related documentation
5.Maintain and complete data in operation system (ABS)
6.Check and book incoming invoices
7.Create and book outgoing invoices
8.Support Procurement and Sales with feedback in regards to vendor quality and price compliance

Job Requirement:
1. Related 5 years+ working experience in freight forwarding industry
2. College degree
3. Good command of English, CET 4 or above
4. Good knowledge of Microsoft office applications
5. Open-minded, good communication skill
6. Strong sense of responsibility, undertake pressure
7. Must be a team player
8. Self-disciplined
