Responsibilities:
Maintain and provide support to the IT network, servers and security systems so as to ensure business continuity
Monitor and maintain branch offices’ LAN, WAN and Wireless infrastructure. Ability to troubleshoot TCP/IP networking issues
Ability to create new network design and ability to access network requirements and suggest recommendations to the management
Provide technical support to end-users e.g. setting up new users accounts, managing security, passwords and user training
Install, configure and support IT equipment, including firewalls, routers, switches, desktop/laptop computers and printers
Troubleshoot company firewalls, DNS servers, DHCP servers and security devices
Manage all incoming IT support emails into the IT Management System and escalate requests to the appropriate teams
Monitor high impact issues to ensure all relevant issues to be resolved as quickly and effectively as possible
Require to work during non-office hours or weekends to perform critical system upgrades, disaster recovery or maintenance work
Require to provide technical support occasionally to users remotely via RDP or other remote connection technology

Job Requirements :
Bachelor degree in Information Technology or equivalent
Must have Cisco CCNA certificate (Cisco CCNP/CCIE certificate is highly desirable)
At least 3-5 years relevant working experience in installing and configuration of Cisco routers/switches, Access Point, firewall and security appliances
Familiar with IT operating systems, e.g. Windows 7/8/10, Windows Servers, Microsoft Office 365, networking skills with TCP/IP, Active Directory
Experience with operating systems such as Windows with excellent working knowledge of MS OFFICE
Knowledgeable in ERP deployment process and lifecycle is helpful but not required
Possess strong problem-solving skill, communication and organizational skills with good time management
Occasional travel is required for providing technical support e.g. Hong Kong, China and other South East Asia countries
Excellent customer support attitude
Fluent in English and Mandarin
