Major Responsibilities:

Reflash and calibrate EPS according to requirements independently. Configure CANape to check EPS parameters according to checklist document. Configure CANalyzer to send CAN messages or to record CAN messages.

? Develop CANape script to realize reflash or calibration automatically

? Using CAPL language to write CANalyzer program to simulate CAN messages.

?Analyse EPS CAN matrix, and use C language to code for gateway box according to EPS CAN matrix. Reflash gateway box. Accomplish gateway box testing by CANalyzer and generate testing report.

?Reflash EPS or gateway box at customer’s location. Support customer to investigate and analyse problems about EPS no assistance or fault code raised.

? Communicate with customer to book time and to make sure on-site work goes on well.

? Support some EPS tests according to requirements.

? Wire harness making for EPS, gateway box, etc.

? Moving samples to other team for assembling or testing if reflash work done.

? Check EPS and gateway box inventory regularly.

Key Competencies:

? Familiar with MCU/ECU. Understanding of analogue & digital electronic hardware. Familiar with NI DI/DO/AI/AO CARD.

? Solid computer program skills. Familiar with C/C# language.

? Familiar with instruments and meters, e.g. multimeter, oscilloscope, signal generator, etc.

? CET-4.

? Familiar with Vector CAN tools like CANalyzer, CANape.

? Travel frequently over the country.

? Work overtime as needed.

? Quick learner with new knowledge.

? Good communication skill. Proven ability to work as part of a team and independently.

? Strong analytical, problem-solving skills.

? Driver license.

Education and Experience:

? Educational: Bachelor degree or equal education in engineering.

? Experience: 1+ year's professional experience.

? Basic operation skill in Altium is a plus.
