Scope and Specific Responsibilities

1. Lead the process related improvement project in the organization.
2. Keep Analysing business processes and related systems to identify potential new opportunities for improvement.
3. Facilitate local automation prioritization and roadmap development.
4. Develop KPIs to analyse and interpret quality data to track corrective and preventive actions
5. Perform standard Audits both internally and externally to maintain compliance.


- Project management experience
- Excellent IT literacy
- In-depth understanding of freight forwarding market
- Warehousing and distribution experience
