职位描述：
1、负责日常接待，公司各类访客的引领、通知、安排；
2、负责电话接听，同时对重要内容进行记录；
3、负责公司文件处理工作，打印、复印、收发等；
4、负责公司绿化、清洁卫生等的安排，确保办公室有序、整洁；
5、协助人事行政展开相关工作；
6、完成领导交办的其他工作。
任职要求：
1、一年前台或行政相关工作经验，熟练使用office软件；
2、形象气质佳，普通话流利；
3、性格开朗、随和、较外向，有亲和力；
4、具有一定待人接物能力，工作积极主动、耐心细致，较强的责任心；
