- Take overall responsibility of all financial issues of projects, from pre-contract award, to contract close.
- Control and have at all times full knowledge of all financial movements of the project, and ensuring they are correctly and accurately reported.
- Involve in tendering/pricing process, help on clarification of financial/commercial/tax issues; prepare Full Cost Calculation Model for large projects if needed
- Month-end, check RA result of POC/CCM projects after SAS running RA; solve problem if needed;
- Project controlling and review, Compare actual cost with pre-cal, follow up/remind the deviation with project manager.
- Cash Flow and Revenue/Margin management, ensure all the margin of project follow with the budget margin, any deviation on the budget margin should be reported in advance.
- Understand foreign exchange risk and be responsible for project forex hedging,
- Ensure that all financial processes and internal controls, including TOA, are implemented.
- Ensure consistency, clarity, and accuracy in all reporting, Provide project monthly report and other report required on timely and accurately.
- Be communication bridge between controlling team with business team, ensure good communication and good cooperation in the teams.
- SAP process owner, interfaced with SAP consultants and key users to improve working process

- Bachelor’s Degree in Financial area or business administration
- Minimum 5 years’ experience
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently
- Strong knowledge of business process practices
- Strong business process consultancy skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with all levels of organization
- Be able to multi-task and perform well in a fast-paced
- Strong time manager
