职位描述：
Purpose / 职位目的:
Stock machines management and logistics management 库存机床管理及物流管理

Duties & Responsibilities / 工作职责：
- Handling all logistics issues for stock machines/exhibitions, including packing, transportation, insurance, move-in/out etc;
  处理库存机/展会所有的物流事宜，包括：包装，运输，保险，进/出展厅/展馆等
- Coordinating the forwarder to fulfill the import/export customs clearance for exhibition/showroom machines, sometimes customers’ machines if necessary;
  与货运代理协调，完成展会/展厅机床，以及其他客户机床（如有）的进出口清关
- Stock machines reports, especially stock machines available for sale release to sales team regularly on bi-weekly bases and providing machine specifications/customs clearance status upon request;
  向销售团队定期（二周一次）发送库存机报告，特别是可销售库存机的信息。需要时向销售提供库存机配置和进口报关状态等信息
- Stock/showroom machines management, strictly comply with the relevant company machine inspection rules and work flow;
  管理库存机/展厅机床，严格执行公司规定的相关机床检查规则和工作流程；
- Logistics expense control and price comparison from various vendors and negotiation if necessary and achieve cost saving target in machine logistics respect;
   物流费用控制，不同供应商之间价格比较及价格协商（如有必要），以期达到物流方面的成本节约目标
- Arranging local transportation and insurance for exhibition/showroom/stock machines, sometimes upon request by customers;
   安排展会机床/展厅机床/库存机在当地的运输和保险以及客户的其他要求;
- Fulfilling order processing, including payment follow-up, turnover in ERP, export license issues after stock/exhibition machines are sold out;
   完成库存机/展机售出后的订单处理，包括付款跟踪，ERP系统完成销售收入，出口许可证的问题等
- Other related work assigned by the order processing manager
  合同执行经理安排的其他相关工作

Requirement / 任职要求:
- University, major in logistics and international trade is preferred;
   本科学历，物流和国际贸易相关专业优先；
- 3+ years relevant working experience;
   3年以上相关工作经验；
- Good English skill in both writing and speaking;
   英语口语流利，书写和表达能力强；
- Good computer skills, familiar with Microsoft office; ERP operational skill is preferred;
   良好的计算机操作技能，熟练运用微软办公软件；会操作ERP软件的优先；
- Open-minded, good communication skills, optimistic;
   乐观向上，有良好沟通能力；
