职位描述：
1.Quality control including FA sample, in-process and outgoing inspection for mass production in the supplier site
负责在供方现场进行产品检验控制，包括新产品样品，量产过程检验，最终产品检验。
2.Participate in make quality inspection standard and acceptance standard based on customer requirement and technical standard.
根据客户要求及技术标准，参与负责产品质量验收标准的制定。
3.Control and improve supplier quality. Be able to instruct supplier in site and effectively prevent and improve supplier product quality. Feedback supplier quality problem and follow up supplier corrective actions.
控制并改进供应商质量；能够到供应商处现场指导，有效预防并改进供应商产品质量。反馈供应商质量问题并跟进供应商质量纠正措施。
4.Work on any other responsibilities assigned by the direct superior.
上级主管交办的其他工作。
二、岗位要求:
1. Technical secondary school degree or above, with mechanical or related discipline.
大专以上学历，机械类或相关专业；
2. Minimum 4 years work experience in quality control. Has the quality control experience in the foreign trade company is preferred.
四年以上质量检验控制工作经验, 有外贸公司经验者尤佳；
3. Familiar with quality control standard & production process for metals part (such as casting, stamping, machining, welding, polishing and kinds of surface treatment) and injection mould plastic part.
精通五金件(如铸造、冲压、机加工、焊接、抛光及各类表面处理等)及注塑产品的生产工艺流程及检测标准；
4. Skilled uses each kind of inspection equipment.
熟练运用各类检测仪器；
5. Good reading & basal writing English skills.
具备良好的英文阅读能力和基本英文书写能力，能熟练使用办公软件；
6. A team-player, strong interpersonal communication skills, self-motivated, initiative, work conscientiously and responsibly.
富团队精神，具备良好的沟通协调能力，工作积极主动，认真负责；
7. Willing to travel frequently, mainly in Shanghai, Zhejiang, Jiangsu province.
能适应在出差，主要为江浙沪。
