职位描述：
Key Accountabilities
？ Fashion adviser and provide direct recommendations to the consumers
？ Guidance in the shopping process or through clienteling activities
？ Online chatting/telephone/email service
？ Pre-sell supports and assistance
？ After sales activities, such as arrange all return & exchange process into system
？ Deal with product quality issue and consumers' complaints
？ Live800 & call center support
？ To improve and achieve sales & CRM performance from commercial perspective.

Job Requirements
？ Junior College or above
？ Previous customer service and sales experience
？ Experience with online call centers is preferred
？ Confident in resolving customer escalations with speed and diplomacy
？ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
？ At least one year experience in luxury industry or call center background
？ Good command of English is preferred
