职位描述：
岗位职责 Job Description:
1. 增值税发票申领、登记和管理，定期审核开票流程；
VAT invoice management and invoicing process enhancement;
2. 客户信用评估；
Perform credit analysis for new and existing customers;
3. 与客户沟通协调信用合同签订事宜；
Correspond with customers within the credit administration procedures;
4. 定期审核和改进信控流程，减少公司风险；
Optimize the Credit control SOP to reinforce risk control;
5. 审核信用合同、供应商协议中的结算条款；
Check contract, credit agreement including payment term, penalty term, etc;
6. 定期审核信用客户的信用额度使用情况，及时准确维护客户信息；
Constantly review and maintain credit limits on existing accounts;
7. 与法律顾问协调相关账款追讨及法律诉讼的跟进；
Liaise with legal counsel for debt recovery;
8. 完成领导指派的其他任务。
Complete other task assigned by Manager.

任职要求 Requirement:
1. 全日制大专以上学历，财务/法务相关专业；
University degree, Major in financial related or legal related subjects;
2. 两年以上相关工作经验；
Minimum 2 years working with similar working background;
3. 有信用控制和合同审核经验者优先；
Knowledge of credit control and contract law is a strong plus;
4. 良好的沟通技巧和抗压能力；
Good communication skills;
5. 熟练使用Office软件(Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc)；
Excellent MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc);
6. 英语读写熟练，CET 4。
Good English skill, CET 4.
