Area of activity / Tasks职位描述
1、Actively support factory improvements by following Legal Obligations, Lidls Policies and Requirements in terms of Labor Rights/Protection, Social Compliance, OHS and Environmental sustainability through audit, training and reporting.
根据相关法律义务、历德的相关政策和要求，通过社会审核、培训、报告等方式，积极的帮助工厂在劳动者的权利保护、社会责任、OHS和环境的可持续发展方面得到提高和改善。
2、Actively support management of scheduling of internal and 3rd party audits for assigned factories and countries
积极协助管理层安排内部审核和第三方审核。
3、Build relationship internally with relevant departments at Lidl HK and headquarters, liaise with colleagues and support follow up of enquires related to compliance and supply chain factories.
与总公司及香港分公司的相关部门建立内部联系，与同事保持联络，帮助跟进有关审核及工厂供应链的相关询问。
4、Build relationship with external stakeholders, such as BSCI, BW, Brands, Ngo’s and consultants to further personal development as well as to further the compliance program at Lidl.
与外部相关机构保持联系，如BSCI、BW、Brands、Ngo’s，寻求长远的个人发展，同时促进历德审核项目的发展。
5、Keep abreast of new Laws and Legislations and communicate those with the compliance Managers and contribute to updates of the Monthly Report
及时了解新增的法律法规，同部门经理交流讨论相关问题，并更新到月度报告当中。
6、Manage and update Lidls factory data base in a timely manner
及时管理和更新历德的工厂数据库
7、Actively participate in training development and delivery for suppliers and agents.
积极参与培训并传达给供应商和代理商。
8、Identify training needs for self-development in the field of compliance and sustainability.
确定培训需求
9、Train newly employed compliance/sustainability staff on Lidls requirements, day-to-day job requirements, procedures and compliance and sustainability requirements.
对新同事进行有关历德的政策要求、日常工作要求、工作程序及社会审核要求方面的培训
