Essential Job Functions and Accountabilities:
1、Manage customer orders from receipt of order to invoice of goods
管理客户订单,完成从接收订单到开具发票等一系列工作;
2、Closely work with planners for specific customer requests and priority of shipping
根据计划完成特殊订单要求,合理安排订单顺序;
3、Ensure that the customer database is kept updated, including customer pricing and shipping details
确保客户数据库不断更新，包括客户定价和运送细节
4、Communicate / work with customer for any changes on order and delivery
与客户及时沟通,配合客户订单与配送的变更
5、Handling customer complaints
妥善解决客户投诉
6、Maintain on time delivery performance
保证货物及时送达
7、Lead or participate PPI project for continuously improvement.
引导或参与PPI部门,保证项目推进进度
Educational Qualifications:
1、College or University degree in International Trade or relevant.
国际贸易或相关专业,大专以上学历.
Experience Qualifications:
1、At least 3 years experience in customer service or import/export operation or international trade,
3年以上客户服务或进出口经营或国际贸易经验，
2、Familiar with import procedure, domestic transportation and warehouse operation.
熟悉进口程序，国内运输和仓储经营
3、Prefer candidate with chemical experience.
有化学相关经验者优先
4、Open-minded, team work, proactive and strong interpersonal skills.
有创新意识及较强的沟通、执行力。
5、Result driven attitude and ability to work under pressure.
有结果导向的态度和良好的抗压能力
6、Good computer skills especially for Excel, prefer has SAP knowledge.
良好的电脑操作能力,如Excel等,有SAP经验者优先.
7、Immediate available is an advantage.
能立即入职者优先.
