职位描述：
Job description：QC Supervisor - Furniture and Household
Planning of weekly inspection schedule flow
To Manage Qarma inspection flow and User Flow
Approval/rejection of inspection reports and solid information towards DK Headquarter
Interaction with the Suppliers in regards to issues and improvements hereof
To secure that QC staff follow our standards and rulesets
To brief DK Headquarters upfront on any Inspection issues
To evaluate QC’s Performance and rectify any issues
To Conduct interviews of QC staff and evaluate
To decide employment, and discontinuance of employment in collaboration with Quality Manager
Evaluate on Suppliers Quality performance and report to Quality manager
Ensure QC’s are using Worktime fully on inspections
Help ensure Reference samples are replaced when unsuitable
Report any knowledge or suspicion of misconduct of suppliers or QC/QE staff that violates TP ruleset to Quality mangager

？Requirements:
- At least 5 years of relevant furniture experience;
- Rich knowledge of the product categories （Furniture and Household）
- Familiar with US market, standard and compliance, legal requirement
- Good command of both spoken and written English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, open minded
