职位描述：
Job Responsibilities:
1. Supplier Master Data Maintainment
?Maintain supplier master data in SAP, including reconciliation account, bank accounts information and tax registration No so that we can execute AFI (Auto Finance Invoice Booking)system and automatical payment procedure smoothly;
?Ensure that all new vendors opened in SAP system are fully supported by signed creation form and sufficient opening documents (business license, basic account certificate, etc.).
2. Accounts payable ledger responsibility:
?Make invoice verfication in SAP though AFI system including oversea supplier;
?Handling of Accounts Payable, including issuing of cheques, bank note, L/C and raising the oversea or domestic payment vouchers (accounting related only) for approval;
?Follow FX Hedging and prepare all of payment supporting document to local bank so that the FX hedging can be settled on time.
?Checks vendor payment voucher and invoices from respective budget owners, and ensure proper supporting (Purchase Request, contract etc.) are attached prior to issuing of payment vouchers for approval purposes;
?Responsible of invoice booking without PO;
?Upload payment propose list to E-bank for senior management team approval online.
3. VAT verification
?Verify input-VAT in E-Tax system. And make reconciliation between SAP system and E-tax system weekly.
4. Monthly IC reconciliation
?Responsible of IC reconciliation monthly and down payment request reposting according to IFRS before global finance reporting deadline.
5. Other
?Ensures proper filing and storing of all accounting documents and maintains an accurate inventory and control;
?Assist to set up a tight internal control in line with company internal control Policies & Procedures.

Job Requirements:
?Associate degree at least in accounting / financing;
?Minimum 2 years operational experience in similar position, professional knowledge and experience in international accounting and tax refund is a plus;
?Being able to communicate in English, both in oral and written;
?Good PC skills, Skill in ERP, and SAP software experience is a plus;
?Hard working, team work and can work under pressure.
