职位描述：
1、 负责前台来访客人接待、引导工作，总机电话接听转接；
2、 负责公司快递、信件、包裹的收发、登记工作，
3、 负责复印机、电脑、邮箱、P2系统设备等使用与管理工作；
4、 负责各分公司P2系统、邮箱、电脑等办公系统问题处理；
5、 负责办公区内植物养护、清洁管理；
6、 负责办公用品的盘点、采购（包含分公司办公用品采购），及时做好后勤保障工作；
7、 负责公司每月公积金的申请缴纳，及各分公司的社保申请缴纳；
8、 负责每周操作会议记录；会后内容整理邮件发送工作；
9、 协助公司领导做好各本部之间的协调工作，积极完成交办的临时事务。
