According to the planning of clean technology system department, Ensure the service scope to be completed efficiently and well performace in operration afterwards. Well communication to satisfy customers for the technical clarification and perforemace of products and establish a good relationship with customers, always care about customers' demands, and appropriate to discover new demand point.
根据清洁技术系统部门（有机废气、废液处理）的计划安排，确保服务工作有效地完成，服务后设备运行良好。通过交流使客户满意技术澄清和产品性能状况，并与客户建立良好关系，时刻关心客户诉求，并适当发掘新的需求点。

Job Responsibilities:
工作职责：
1.Provide the after-sales service for the CTS products in Environmental application ( VOC and waste Liquid teatment) and handle small modification independently;
为环保领域CTS（ 清洁技术系统：有机废气、废液处理） 的系统提供售后服务，能够独立处理小的修改工作；
2.Create and edit the service documentations accordingly；
根据安装要求，创建和编辑相应的服务文件；
3. Be responsible for the technical clarificaton with the end user before and after service action for the improvement performance through the data collection of the CTS products；
负责和客户澄清服务前后的系统性能的改善和提高，且准备数据记录；
4. Build up and Manage Customer Relationshiop;
建立和管理好客户关系；
5. Hunt protential service job and support service and spare partssales .
开发潜在服务工作且为服务和备件销售提供支持。

Job Qualifications:
任职资格：
1.College Degree or above with mechanical, Electrical, Automation or other related majors；
大专或以上学历，机械、电气、自动化等其他相关专业；
2.Familiar with with related mechanical and electrical knowleage , having the environmental engineering and/or thermal industries have prior；
良好的机械电气相关知识和应用，有环境和/或热力工程知识优先；
3.Good English skill in Iistening, oral, reading and writtern；
良好的英语听说读写能力；
4.Excellent at MS Office skill, familiar with AutoCAD is preferred;
熟练操作MS Office，AutoCAD熟练者优先;
5.Can accept short term business trip.
能接受短期出差。
