职位描述：
The Program Manager role will be responsible to coordinate and track the development and launch progress of global aftermarket NPI manufactured in China. This position will be based in Shanghai, China with up to 50% travel in China.

Primary responsibilities:
? Administer global product launch process.
? Maintain updated Level 2 program timing plan to track progress of NPI in development to ensure that program timing and objectives are met.
? Lead weekly meetings with the cross functional team to review the program progress and follow-up on open issues to ensure timely resolution.
? Maintain an updated open issues action register of all issues pertaining to the program
? Elevate issues that may potentially cause delays to programs.
? As required, organize meetings with engineering, manufacturing, product management, purchasing or supply chain to follow-up on specific projects.
? Generate regular status reports for management to detail status of NPI in launch process.
? Assist in the development of short and long term plans for product programs
? Assist in development of enhancements to global product launch process

Required Skills and Knowledge:
? Some knowledge of principles and practices related to Program Management, APQP and PPAP.
? Must have strong and polished interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
? Creative, strategic and analytical thinker with the ability to manage multiple projects.
? Must be highly organized and able to work well with others
? Quality related experience will be a plus
? Flexible; possessing the ability to wear different “hats” on short notice.
? Must be able to travel to manufacturing locations to review development/manufacturing or launch progress.
? Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project and Windows based computer application

Required Experience:
? Bachelors degree in business or engineering
? 5 years or above program management in manufacturing industry
? Previous experience in automotive industry preferred
