General Mission
The merchandiser is responsible for the orders follow-up of a product line under constant control and assistance of Product Manager and with close cooperation with the buyer. The Merchandiser is in charge of:
-Ensure the follow-up of orders and manage the whole documents related to ensure the delivery on time
-Coordinate and communicate with other departments, suppliers and customers
-Product knowledge supporting
Products: Groceries for Super markets ( household, cleaning, stationery etc.)
Major Market: European ( Holland, Germany,UK)
Main responsibilities:
Follow-up of Orders
The merchandiser ensures the follow-up of orders and manages the product from the reception of the order to the delivery in time.
Project/Sourcing follow up
-Follow the projects closely and report status proactively.
-Insure roadmap follow up and updating in time.
-Anticipate and solve problems during process. Reports to customers the different issues on time and keep buyer and product manager informed.
Job requirement:
-College degree or above in relevant product, international trade or English
-Minimum 4 – 6 years’ experience in a similar role.
-Experience in a sourcing or manufacturing company is preferred
-Relevant product knowledge
-General knowledge of export trade and documentation requirements
-Good written and spoken English
-Good command of Computer Microsoft office
-Good negotiation and communication skills
-Willing to travel often and well cooperated as teammate.
