职位描述：
Roles and Responsibilities_________________________________________________________________
This position reports to the Head of Sales. Sales Manager is responsible for planning, implementing and directing sales activities to achieve business objectives.

？ Identify business opportunities and drive the commercial team
？ Achieve sales target through promoting logistics services, develop marketing initiatives and strategy to expand market share
？ Interact regularly with customer service & operations managers to ensure service excellence
？ Continuously finding ways to improve service level and efficiencies through internal and external communication
？ Provide market intelligence to management
？ Submit regular reports on a timely manner


Basic Requirements_____________________________________________________

？ University graduate/ or possess at least 7 years working experience in logistics field
？ Basic knowledge of freight / contract logistics / eCommerce industry
？ Able to work independently & under pressure
？ Aggressive, customer-orientated and determined with strong negotiation skills
？ Good command of spoken & written English, Cantonese and Chinese
？ Persistent, aggressive and result-oriented with a can-do spirit
？ Willing to travel
