职位描述：
工作职责:
1. 通过确认规格审批来料；进行视觉和测量测试；拒绝和退回不合格材料。
2. 通过确认规格审批进程内的生产；进行视觉和测量测试；与生产主管沟通必要的调整。
3. 通过完成报告和日志记录检查结果；总结返工和浪费；将数据输入质量数据库。
4. 通过遵守操作说明使测量设备保持运行；要求修理。
5. 通过完成所需的相关结果完成质量和组织使命。阅读、解释并按照基本工程图纸、规范、物料清单和其他书面说明或程序，在最终产品的时间和质量标准内准确装配机器、设备和产品。
6. 主管或经理要求的所有任务。
Job Description
1. Approves incoming materials by confirming specifications; conducting visual and measurement tests; rejecting and returning unacceptable materials.
2. Approves in-process production by confirming specifications; conducting visual and measurement tests; communicating required adjustments to production supervisor.
3. Documents inspection results by completing reports and logs; summarizing re-work and waste; inputting data into quality database.
4. Keeps measurement equipment operating by following operating instructions ; calling for repairs.
5. Accomplishes quality and organization mission by completing related results as needed， Read, interpret and follow basic engineering drawings, specifications, bills of materials, and other written instructions or procedures to accurately assemble machine, equipment and products into the standards time and reaching the quality level of the final product.
6. All the task requested by the supervisor or manager

Basic Training/ Skills基本培训/技能：
1. 2年以上在机械行业品检工作经验
More than 2 years with QC inspecting experience in Machinery industry
2. 基本QC知识（ISO9001）
Basic knowledge of quality standards (ISO 9001)
3. 能看得懂图纸
Reading CAD drawings.
4. 会使用MS Office软件（如：word，excel）
Familiar with MS Office Package (Word, Excel)
5. 团队合作和高效的执行力
Good team cooperation and strongly implement capacity
