职位描述：
岗位职责：
1. 负责全国市场的开拓管理，带领销售团队完成公司的销售目标，提升产品市场占有率及铺市率；
2. 结合市场情况，制定月度，季度，年度销售计划及营销策略并达成；
3. 洞察市场，及时把握市场动态、了解竞品，并制定相应市场策略；
4. 建立融洽的客情关系，有效管理经销商；
5. 根据公司要求，及时回笼资金；控制合理库存；
6. 公司交付的其他工作。
任职要求：
1.熟悉宠物市场，善于把握商机；
2.优秀的谈判能力；
3.具备一定的全局观及解决问题的能力；

About Petland
Petland has been the retail pet industry leader in the area of animal care with ongoing staff training programs, in-store animal husbandry systems and community service programs aimed at placing homeless pets and curbing pet population since its foundation in 1967.
