岗位职责：
1、管理、归档、并上传到公司CRM系统档已签约客户合同、文件等资料；
2、翻译客户的中文资料；
3、协助美国总部和客户的顺畅沟通；
4、维护和客户的良好关系；
5、协助销售团队和美国总部的顺畅沟通；

任职要求：
1、男女不限；
2、语言和思维清楚，表达流利，有好的沟通能力，能独立完成公司下达的任务；
3、有良好的英语听、说、读、写能力；
4、年龄要求在25-35；
5、有外贸公司工作经验3年以上优先 。

One of our incubation projects is now looking for account manager to join this growing business

Job Description:

- Manage and maintain customer files in CRM system
- Translate daily communication documents among Chinese and English
- Smooth communicate between US HQ and China customers
- Maintain good working relationship with China customers
- Assist the communication between China sales team and US HQ.

Job Requirements:

- Native Mandarin Chinese (strict requirement)
- Fluent English reading, writing, listening, and speaking
- Self-starter who has the ability to be work actively and have ideas
- Detail oriented personality and easy going
- Good communication skills (Chinese and English)
- Basic knowledge on international trade
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Powerpoint, Word, Excel)
- Fourth-year undergraduates or graduate students
- At least 3 years operation experience in foreign trade
- Age: 28 – 35
