Scope and Specific Responsibilities

？ Operations management: Well plan various resources based on customer volume forecast and keep close coordination with subcontractor to lead the team to complete the operations within aligned lead time;
？ Quality Monitor: Monitor closely during operations to ensure each step is met SOP requirement
？ Warehouse daily housekeeping and safety: Be responsible for keeping a clean, tidy, safe place in warehouse and office section as well
？ Reporting: Collect and summarize relevant data, prepare various reports and submit to management for reference and decision-making within specified timeline
？ Communication: Maintain good working relationships with subcontractor to ensure that customer instructions and operation SOP are well informed and executed; work closely with internal team like KAM and OP to guarantee a sound workflow among each party; be acted as a trainer to front-line staff;
？ Continuous Improvement: Work with LEAN thought and drive the process to be more cost effective and also provide improvement proposal for IT applications.
Qualifications:

- College graduate or above
- Experience in warehouse management especially at VAS operations such as PnP, S&P, QC, etc.
- Can work under the pressure of warehouse operations;
- Team player and independent

Skills & Knowledge:

- Solid warehouse and project management knowledge
- Be skilful with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel;
- Be clear about the application and logics of WMS;
- Fluent English in reading and writing
