职位描述：
Job Title: Project Manager

Job Responsibilities:
1. Work with customer, sales, project team, operation team to finalize project plan.
2. Identifies and defines objectives and scope of technical projects.
3. Communicate goals, scope, approach, and schedules to project team.
4. Orgainze resource and ensure execution of task based on agreed project plan to meet project milestone.
5. Participate in and / or lead project planning and tracking. Ensure task and schedules are met.
6. Keep Customer and Sales informed of project risks and status.
7. Participate in reviews of reuiqrement, specifications, with customer / project team to align scope of work.
8. Identify and apply control of requirement changes.
9. Identify risk and implementation escalation procedure.
10. Apply, enforce project management standards, work flow, and maintain up to date documentations.
11. Manage of project task completion document for successful project completion and handover.
12. Evaluates final results of projects plan to assure accomplishment of requirement objectives.
13. Prepare and presents reports outlining the outcome of projects.
14. Acquire and maintain knowledge of current products, tools, languages, and processes as determined.
15. Travel is mandatory according to project schedule and assignment.

Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree; Industrial Engineering, Information technology, Electronics, Mechanical major.
2. English good at reading, writing, Average at listening, speaking.
3. 3 years experiences of project management as project manager in MES business.
4. 3 years experiences of executing project management tools and work reporting.
6. 2-3 years experiences of MES or Shopfloor system implementation is a must.
5. Good experience and kowledge of discrete manufacturing process is a must.
6. Good experience of preparing project review materials and good presentation skill is a must.
7. 1-2 years experiences of software development is a plus.
8. Present strong leadership and skill of communication.
9. PnP certificate is a plus.
