??IPO review. (IPO=Internal Purchase Order from Asia and China sales offices)
Check IPO with all technical and commercial requirements e.g. Engineering (ETO) notices, Customer service notices,
remarks, etc and maintain customer order information in ERP system accordingly.
??Order follow up and expediting.
Go through order review process with COE (COE=Customer Order Engineering) team and plant streams
(incl. material availability and production capacity check).
Work out the customer order acknowledgement for Asia and China sales offices within targeted lead time (OA Lead time).
Keep close communication to sales offices. Take necessary efforts to improve the satisfaction level of the sales offices /
customers by offering order status, indentifying expedite needs and making expedite to the factory streams.
Coordinate order relative issues between sales offices and factories.
??(Factory Acceptance Test) FAT arrangement.
Plan FAT, cooperate with internal departments and lead the end-customer to fulfill FAT.
??Shipping and Invoicing
Arrange shipments and issue invoices to customers. Prepare other documents accordingly
(e.g. documents for customs clearance, test reports, 3.1B certificates, etc.)
Send these documents to internal customers on time and keep proper filing.
??Follow up KPIs (=Key Performance Indicates) and sales targets closely.
Take necessary actions to push out deliveries, lower the packed goods inventory, and hit the “on time delivery” target.
??Prepare business reports for department management needs.
??Other order management relative issues.
Competence Profile (Experience, knowledge, skills and capabilities essential to this position):
??Above college degree with minimum 2 years relative working experience (e.g. customer service, material planning, etc)
in a foreign investment manufacturer.
??Good command of English (Both written and Oral capability)
??Computer literate in Microsoft Office. Knowledge and experience of ERP system is necessary.
??Customer Service Thought. Result Orientated.
??Open-minded. Team player with good communication skill.
??Systematic, independent and creative thinking.
