职位描述：
1.接受无工作经验的应届汽车维修、工程机械类中专以上毕业生，如有工作经验优先考虑；
2.身体健康，对赛车运动有深厚兴趣，对赛车运动有所了解者优先考虑；
3.性格温和，学习态度谦和，具有较强的学习能力；
4.持有有效护照者优先考虑；
5.对常用维修工具熟练使用。
注：
入职后，6个月内由专职机械师负责培训，熟悉专业卡丁车结构、引擎结构，学习车架与引擎拆解、清洗、组装等基本业务；
6个月后开始熟练初级教练员工作，必要时由公司负责申请初级教练员证书，一年之后能够独立支持车手日常训练和一般性赛事。
工作地点：嘉定区伊宁路2000号上海国际赛车场卡丁车场
