职位描述：
Job Description:
1.Developing and sourcing components and handling requirements from customers. COMPONENTS for home appliance, white goods, electronics industries (electro-mechanical, machanical, electronic components; such as, thermostat, LED driver, electric socket, electric lamp holder, push button, motor, pump, swtich, filter, power cable, internal cable, evaporator, compressor, heating element, flowmeter, vacuum cleaner components, components for bathroom equpments, NTC, PCBA etc...).
2. Following the technological developments in component industry and applying the new technologies into the components and finished goods by closely cooperating with the suppliers.
3. Devoloping new design projects with the customers which will be a unique support and value creation for both parties.
4. Integrating the components to the ready products and new design projects by understanding the technical requirements for the final products.
5. Managing the SKD and Manufacturing Processes on the project where the components are used.
6. Enlargement of vendor base in China, finding alternative sources for finished goods and components.
7. Monitoring and execution of quality policy of Pacific Access with Mainland suppliers.
8. Performing factory audits (based on ISO9000 requirements), process audits, product certification and product inspections.
9. Co-operating with logistic department in Pacific Access – HK to monitor the delivery schedule of the goods.
10. Solving quality problems with suppliers together with the quality engineers by making analysis, test planning, conducting the improvements, following all the details with production departments, presenting the quality reports to customers etc.
11. Negotiating with suppliers for good price, early shipments, quality improvements.
12. Preparing detailed quotations in short time.
13.Managing the suppliers by means of all details of an order such as sample tests and improvements, order placement, artworks, production planning, production follow up, quality/improvements, inspection.
14. Ensuring all the orders to be shipped on time.
15. Increasing the GP of the accounts by following the market prices, economic indicators, raw material trends and applying these materials to all points of the business such as suppliers, expenses, sales.
16.Communicating directly with customers and providing them good/fast customer service.

  Qualifications:
1.University degree in (preferably) Engineering / International Business.
2.Fluent in English, (written & spoken).
3.Minimum 5 years experience in COMPONENTS for home appliance, white goods, electronics industry as category manager or purchaser (electro-mechanical, machanical, electronic components; such as, thermostat, LED driver, electric socket, electric holder, push button, motor, pump, swtich, power cable, internal cable, evaporator, compressor, heating element, flowmeter, vacuum cleaner components, components for bathroom equpments, NTC, PCBA etc...).
4.Technical knowledge and understanding in technical data sheets / specifications, technical drawings, testing, certification, quality problems (by creating also solutions).
5. Technical knowledge in necesarry standarts, components, material supply.
6.Knowledge of quality systems like ISO 9001, Total Quality Management, etc. is a definite plus.
7.Product knowledge in Technical and Commercial Sides under the European [CE (LVD/EMC)] standards and USA [UL/ETL] standards.
8. Good negotiator and a persuasive person.
9.Team worker and patient under pressure.
10. Knowledge of production technologies for the products that are purchased.
