Main job:
1） Responsible to perform Mold Flow /FEA simulation (include pre and after process) during development phase to give design engineer earlier feedback of product performance.
2） Responsible to interpret the simulation results and to provide suggestions of improvement based on root cause analysis.
3） Responsible to establish and to continuously maintain the necessary data library of simulation (Material properties/Boundary Conditions/Meshing standard/process data etc.) to improve efficiency and accuracy of simulation.
4） Responsible to provide internal training on simulation tools and analysis theory.
5） Being an active role in global CAE implementation projects and global working groups.
6） Support DOE activities of plan to analyze root cause of product quality issues with process engineer.
Key Competencies:
1） Solid skill in plastic part/tooling mold flow analysis, having Abquas or Ansys workable experience would be preferred.
2） Understanding the basic theory, benefits, and limitations of CAE tools and finite element analysis.
3） Understanding of structural, thermal and plastic injection molding properties of automotive plastic components.
4） Familiar with the complete validation processes in the automotive industry;
5） Familiar with engineering processes in automotive industry with focus on visible interior parts;
6） Knowledge of IT systems (Microsoft Office) and presentation techniques
7）Fluent English language both in oral and written.
8）Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to work independently and as part of team.
9）Strong project and time management skills.
10）Willingness to travel to other locations in China, resilience, flexible.
