职位描述：
Your Tasks:
1. Independently operate and check the air-conditioning system, compressed air system, gas system, steam system, chilled water system, water purification system, power supply system, water supply system, fire- fighting system, etc. Finish maintenance work timely when there is a problem and make sure all public facilities are in effective operation;
能独立操作并巡检空调系统、压缩空气系统、天燃气系统、蒸汽系统、冷水系统、纯水系统、供电系统、供 水系统、消防系统等，若有问题，及时维修，以确保所有公用设施有效运行;
2. Fill in the daily inspection record of all systems correctly and perfectly in accordance with GMP and customers ‘audit requirements;
正确填写各系统日常巡检记录，确保其完整性正确性，并符合 GMP 审计及客户的审计要求;
3. Carry out the monthly and annual scheduled maintenance work of all public facilities in accordance with the regulations;
按规程正确执行公用设施各系统的月度及年度的定期维护计划工作;
4. Check the stock of public facility consumables and daily spare parts; Apply for purchasing timely as required;
检查公用设施消耗品与日常备品的库存量的正确性,并按规定及时申购;
5. Responsible for the improvement work within the scope of duties;
负责职责范围内的优化及改进工作;
6. Complete all technology and safety training as well as the certification review;
按时完成各项技术及安全培训，及资格证的复核工作;
7. Complete the task assigned by the superior timely as required.
按时按要求完成上级指定的工作.
 
Your Profile:

1. College degree with relevant major, HVAC, Utility, Plumbing preferred;
暖通，公用动力，管道工程，大专及以上学历;
2. Experienced in public facility maintenance is preferred;
有公用设施维护背景者优先;
3. Good at the maintenance of electromechanical equipment;
机电设备的保养与维修等;
4. Hard-working; Diligent; Good team player.
工作认真，勤奋踏实，具备良好的团队合作精神.
