职位描述：
Responsibilities:
(1).Supervise the whole merchandising flow within his/her team from development stage to shipment by their in-depth technical knowledge in raw material, garment make-up and so on.
(2).Maintain sensitivity to market situation and perform research.
(3).Strive to understand customers’ requirement and work closely to provide out best professional service.
(4).Bargain for the best price through negotiation and by detailed analysis on cost and quota.
(5).Source and evaluate factory from the perspective of product, pricing, quality, reliability, compliance and so on, to meet the interest of customers.
(6).Ensure the product quality control.
(7).Ensure on-time delivery.
(8).Maintain harmonious working relationship with customers, suppliers and vendors.
(9).Travel to overseas for market trip, order follow-up, factory visit and so on.

Requirements:
(1).Diploma or above, preferably major in Textile and Clothing;
(2).At least 8 years of experiences in handling knit items, mainly focus in kids wear;
(3).Experience in US Market and swimming wear /under wear is preferable;
(4).Solid experience in product development and bulk production;
(5)Detail-minded, able to work independently and under tight schedule;
(6).Strong leadership, communication and problem solving skills;
(7).Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Mandarin.
