职位描述：

岗位职责：
1、通过邮件，传真，电话接受客户的订单，并做合同给客户。
2、熟练使用SAP系统的SD模块，严格执行工作流程。

3、认真细心确保合同的内容的正确。
4、回复客户的交货期，跟进合同的完成阶段，确保在约定交期内交付客户。
5、配合本部门的活动，积极参与办公室5S的活动，保持工作台面的整齐，清晰。

6、与销售、仓库、车间保持良好的沟通确保所需信息的正确性及时性和必要性。
7、上级主管安排的其他工作
任职要求：
1. 具有SAP操作经验为佳，男女不限。
2. 有服务客户的意识，能进行积极有效的沟通
3. 较强的学习能力和学习愿望，较高的工作效率
4. 良好的沟通能力，思维敏捷，具备开放的心态处理问题的能力
