Scope and Specific Responsibilities
？ Reconcile supplier statement, arrange company payments and update AR status and general ledger timely. Communicate with operation team weekly in regard to all AR that is due for payment. Feedback line manager and BM of any late payment and doubtful debt for further action. Co-operate with the operation team for any credit control process to avoid bad debt and ensure cash flow.
？ Liaise with 3rd party tax consultant. Provide proper material for tax declaration according to management requirements. Maintain accounting records and company business registration.
？ Complete all interco, make proper accrual, check P&L for any error and prepare monthly schedule and fixed assets report at the month end before advised deadline
？ Complete all cash flow, budget, credit control and all other ad-hoc reports on time.
？ Co-operate with HK to check any oversea invoices and cost. 举报 分享
