Job description:
?Implement and review HR plan in line with HR strategy to ensure the needs of business scaling and expansion.
?To support and deliver a talent acquisition strategy within whole SDC Campus, utilizing the support of all campus HR and build channels to drive business performance.
?To Identify what tools, processes and approaches are required within the Campus and work alongside the teams to ensure solutions delivered are right for the SDC.
?Identify organizational/functional issues, design and modify HR policies and process in meeting business needs. Complete relevant HR reporting and data maintenance.
?Influence managers to make appropriate assessment of employee performance and potential. Work with functions on people development plan.
?Support HR Director on training needs, employee survey, talent and successions and etc.
?Recruitment and Staffing
?Assist HR Director to develop and implement headcount budget.
?Responsible for recruiting the right candidate in line with headcount budget, pay attention to SDC expansion plan and effectively support manpower needs.
?Keep close communication with hiring managers to understand business plan and recruitment needs. Arrange interview process, provide interview and employment advices.
?Review and manage recruitment channels, build JD pool, monitor recruitment cost. Ensure the SDC’s standard recruitment procedures is carried out.
?Work with functions to handle disciplinary issues. Provide guidance and consultation on HR related issues when requested.
?Work with functions on handling employee performance related issues.
?Probation review and annual performance appraisal management.

?Excellent computer skills in an MS office environment, familiar with E-recruiting platform.
?Effectively interact with all levels in the organization and across all campus
?Problem solver with a positive attitude and ability to make appropriate decisions. Maintain focus and follow through on issues until resolved

?The ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
?Degree and post graduate qualifications
?At least 6 years relevant work experience with 3 years supervisory level
?Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
?Good knowledge of Employment legislations
?Multi task and result oriented
