职位描述：
Title: Project Engineer

Responsibility:
-Based on Customer Specification, work with team members to develop new suppliers and assess supplier capability on regular basis.
-Take the lead of the actions to achieve the Purchasing targets (schedule, price, quality, capacity, …)
-Fully understand the product spec, develop and optimize process routine / mold / toolings / Jigs, working with customer and supplier.
-Implement Supply Chain Management strategy to achieve competitive costs, effective asset management, and continuous quality improvement, on time delivery, and Lean approach.
-Follow up and control production plan with supplier to ensure L/T and on-time delivery.
-Working with Quality team to deploy QA/QC processes in the whole supply chain.

Qualification:
-Bachelor Degree or higher in Mechanical engineering with at least 3 years’ work experience in Injection molding industry at least 2 years experiences of Supplier development engineer or Project engineer.
-Fluent English in both oral and writing.
-Familiar with general plastic material and injection molding process.
-Good communication skills with cross function departments and suppliers
-Good skill on Microsoft Office.
-Demonstrate skills in sourcing methodology and purchasing negotiation tools in manufacturing business, like market analysis, cost breakdown analysis, total cost of ownership, etc.
-Working experience of Electronics industry is a plus. 举报 分享

上班时间：做五休二，9:00-17:30。
