1） 负责实验夹具和样件制作用夹具的设计和优化，满足客户需求
Responsible for test fixture and prototype assembly fixture design and optimization, meet customer requirement.
2） 与采购紧密合作，控制外购夹具成本，确保夹具交期、质量
Work closely with MRO buyer to control the outsourcing fixture cost, to ensure fixture delivery date and quality
3） 与内部机加工车间紧密合作，确保夹具交期、质量
Work closely with internal fabrication workshop to ensure fixture delivery date and quality
4） 加工工艺流程的分析和改进，达到最优化
Processing technic flow analysis and improvement, achieve optimization
5） 夹具设计规范化和标准化，建立夹具设计标准库
Fixture design standardization, establish fixture design standard library.
6） 机加工标准工时的分析和制定，效率改进和执行
Fabrication standard hour analysis and set up，efficiency improvement and execution
7） 负责库存夹具的管理、日常保养及报废
Responsible for fixture stock management, daily maintenance and scrapping.
8. 完成上级主管、经理所指定的工作任务
Completing other tasks that manager and supervisor designated
岗位要求:
1） 至少三年以上夹具或机械设计经验，有自动化流水线设计经验更佳
Above 3 years fixture or mechanical design experience, experience in automatic production line design is preferred.
2） 机械装配及制图设计技能
Better knowledge of the mechanical assemble drawing design, abundant experience in mechanical drawing
3） 熟练使用Auto CAD和CATIA（UG）
Good Skilled at Auto CAD and CATIA (UG),
4）良好的团队合作，良好的人际沟通、协调、组织能力，
Good team work 、Good inter-personal communication skills and organizing skills，
