职位描述：
Responsibilities:
– Lead the overall leadership of purchasing team, manage day to day operation of purchasing.
– Formulate purchasing strategy, create and improve related processes.
– Collaborate with cross functional teams e.g. logistics, customer service, product management, finance, sales/marketing to achieve Grainger China target..
– Collaborate with Product Management to escalate and resolve Supplier Performance Management issues.
– Performs ad-hoc analyses as needed.
– Develop team’s capabilities and skills to reach market leading level; establish stronger wining and supportive team spirit.
– Other task as assigned by manager

Education & Experience:
– Bachelor’s Degree required in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Product Management, Industrial Distribution, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent along with 8 to 10 years of related experience, MBA preferred.
– Demonstrated knowledge of Supply Chain Management fundamentals, including inventory planning, DC operations, purchasing and transportation.
– 3+ years supervisory experience
– Demonstrated experience in driving results through a diverse set of business processes and problem solving
– Strong interpersonal skills that foster collaboration within team, with business partners, and with cross-functional stakeholders.
– Systemic thinking and problem solving. Ability to influence decisions with teams without direct management responsibility.
– Demonstrated ability to multitask, quickly learn and become competent in, and effectively apply new skills.
– Financial acumen, with a focus on understanding the cost/benefit of varying solutions.
– Proficient in Excel and Access or other database and reporting tools, Exposure to SAP and BW desirable.
– Ability to foster, manage and leverage relationships at varying levels internally & externally up to the executive level.
– Experience to develop and improve standard processes preferred
– Change Management to embrace change, demonstrate agility in relation to change and persuade/lead others through the change to minimize team disruption Ensure a continuously high performing team
