You are looking for a B2B Marketing/Communication positions with international colleagues in Shanghai? You want the best available flexible experience and learn about the freight forwarding industry? This is your opportunity.

KEY RESPONSABILITIES: Based in Shanghai office, you will work with Chinese and Western colleagues. The assistant will work with and under the supervision of the the Marketing Manager in charge of Asia, be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of Bansard marketing and business development plans in China. You will take part in varied day-to-day tasks and you will also work closely with the sales team. The missions:
?Working with and under the supervision of the marketing manager, on the preparation of sales and tender proposals presentations
?Take lead in developing, designing, adapting and translating materials, email-related communication and content marketing that are effective, timely and efficient for the Chinese market.
?Initiate and come up with digital strategy and campaigns dedicated to China with the objective to increase the brand awareness and visibility to the targeted market (Baidu SEO, Wechat, Weibo, Youku…)
?Procure (research, select and negotiate), and coordinate the distribution of marketing support & goodies
?Participating to the organisation of company’s events

EXPERIENCE & CORE SKILLS: An organized, self-motivated individual with an eye for details who is able to successfully implement multiple initiatives, run multiple tasks simultaneously and drive results for the project. The candidate must be a team player, able to work with our local team and external partners and who can perform well under pressure.
?Background in Marketing-Digital and/or Communication.
?Chinese native level with good written communication skills ; Fluent spoken and written in English, French would be a big plus
?Experiences with Office365, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator specifically), Chinese digital networks, Prezi and html are also a plus.
?Genuine passion for the logistics and transport B2B sector: candidate must be willing to roll up his/her sleeves and go above and beyond the call of duty when the job calls for it. 举报 分享
